CRMplus & CRMadvance

Overview

CRMplus and CRMadvance are reporting applications for a set of databases in MS-Access, Oracle, SQL Server and DB2. Development environment is Visual Basic 6.0. They are add-in utilities that enable end-users to create very sophisticated, clear and organized reports without worrying about any programming requirements. They place the power of report design, creation and updating into the hands of report consumers. While providing default formatting and positioning, CRMplus and CRMadvance gives the user total control over every aspect of what is placed on the report

Reports in CRMplus and CRMadvance can be designed and edited interactively by previewing at any time. They provide complete support for sorting, grouping, filtering, formatting, positioning, custom headers, calculated fields, automatic totaling and more. They have ability to include objects such as images, horizontal or vertical lines. With CRMplus and CRMadvance you can export or import data between supported set of databases like MS-Access, SQL Server, DB2 and Oracle.

CRMplus and CRMadvance share the same concept with the exception of multi-company concept incorporated in CRMadvance. This facility gives more flexibility for customers that have many branches and different database.

Features

Main utility of CRMplus and CRMadvance is Report Manager Service. Any report or document can be registered in report manager service program. Service program will execute the report or document on specified time and date provided by user for each report. Service program will export the report output in specified format (Html/Csv/PDF/Text) and save to output directory. Report or document can be emailed or printed without user interaction through inbuilt service program.

  2. Report definition files are very small (most reports fit in less than 5Kbytes)
  3. Easy access to database fields.
  4. Report Parameters: User defines them, assign them to queries at run time or design time.
  5. Exports to Adobe PDF
  6. Exports to Excel (Windows) , HTML or plain text file
  7. Multiple Printer: supports printing to multiple printers simultaneously.
  8. You can print texts (multi line), images, lines, page borders
  9. Document Designer, easy and fully functional to create word type document.
  10. Document Merger, Export application document to MS Word application document.
  11. Send Email, Report or Document can be sent through default client email application. (It supports Microsoft Outlook Application and Outlook Express)
  12. Send Fax, Report can be sent as Fax
  13. Report Wizard, Easy steps to create report from wizard screens.
  14. Column Formatting, Database value can be formatted in specified format.
  15. Export - Import, Export of database tables in to text files and import text files separated by delimiter to any database supported by Report Manager
  16. Report Manager Service, Report or document can run as a service without user interaction.
